Product Manager

Produktmanager seit 2016. Zuständig für alles von der Kundenakquise bis zur Übergabe. Er arbeitet in einem Unternehmen für Hydrauliksysteme, die nach Maß gefertigt werden. Er organisiert die Arbeit der Techniker und ist für die Ausbildung verantwortlich. Er kommuniziert täglich mit Kunden aus dem Ausland und hat daher keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen. Er hat auch als Englischlehrer gearbeitet. Außerdem spricht er Polnisch und nach einem Vorstellungsgespräch konnte er auch Französisch lernen. Bei seiner Arbeit ist er noch nicht mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban in Berührung gekommen.

PRODUCT MANAGER | (2016 – Present):

• Preparation of customer quotations and cost analysis for larger projects
• Setting prices and monitoring stock levels, implementing sales promotions to drive better sales performance
• Handling business activities such as ordering containers from China, preparing business contracts, and conducting meetings with customers and suppliers.
• Monitoring competition, analyzing market trends, and devising strategies to maintain a leading position. Driving the company towards new market trends and innovations.
• Managing the service department, including planning work for mechanics and procuring spare parts for hydraulic systems.
• Conducting training sessions for salesmen and dealers of hydraulic suppliers, presenting new products and providing business education.
• Engaging in publication work, such as updating web pages and translating technical literature.

LOGISTIC SPECIALIST | (1/2016 – 10/2016):

• Collaborating with Hyundai Heavy Industry Belgium and managing communication channels.
• Engaging in trading activities related to mechanical handling equipment, LED lighting, GPS navigation, and container transportation
• Conducting various business activities, including seeking new business opportunities, invoicing, delivery checks, quotation preparation, price negotiation, and marketing support.
• Managing service company operations, focusing on service quality enhancement, problem troubleshooting, and scrap management.
• Handling logistics tasks related to inbound and international logistics, Just-in-Sequence (JIS), and Just-in-Time (JIT
