Die Kandidatin ist seit über 20 Jahren eine erfahrene PM mit Erfahrung im Veränderungs- und Liefermanagement in verschiedenen Sektoren. Sie war verantwortlich für das Management von Projekten für Unternehmen, die neue Produkte/Dienstleistungen für Kunden einführen oder bestehende Produkte/Dienstleistungen umgestalten. Darüber hinaus war sie für das Management von Projekten verantwortlich, die sich auf die Implementierung von Softwarelösungen konzentrierten, wenn aus geschäftsstrategischer Sicht die Notwendigkeit bestand, einen Geschäftsbereich innerhalb des Unternehmens mit einer bestimmten Technologie zu unterstützen. Sie arbeitete eng mit Anbietern und deren Unterauftragnehmern zusammen. Sie war auch für Projekte verantwortlich, die eine Datenmigration beinhalteten, bei denen sie einige Integrationsanforderungen in das Unternehmen hinein erfüllen musste, d. h. die Implementierung von "Kern"-Systemen, die das prozessorientierte Funktionieren des Unternehmens sicherstellten. Sie leitete Mitarbeiter und Teams unterschiedlicher Größe, die vom Umfang der Projekte abhingen. Sie betreute ein Projektteam von etwa 10 Personen und bei größeren Integrationsprojekten waren es bis zu 60 Personen. Sie arbeitete die ganze Zeit in einem internationalen Umfeld, in dem sie die meiste Zeit ihre Vorgesetzten oder Auslandsleiter hatte, so dass ihr Englisch auf einem kommunikativen Niveau war. Zu ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehörten auch 60-70 % der Interventionen im Bereich des Änderungs- und Liefermanagements.
