Analyst & Project Manager & Scrum Master

Die Kandidatin ist seit mehr als 15 Jahren im IT-Bereich tätig. Sie begann als Entwicklerin und Testerin. Später war sie als Projektmanagerin und Scrum Master tätig. In ihrer letzten Position arbeitet sie als Ressourcenmanagerin in einem internationalen Projekt mit 600 Mitarbeitern. Sie ist für die Einstellung von Mitarbeitern und die Festlegung von Zielen verantwortlich. Außerdem hat sie die Rolle des Scrum Master für 2 Teams inne. Sie hat auch als Geschäftsanalytikerin in mehreren Projekten gearbeitet, wo sie die Kundenanforderungen herausfinden und detaillierte Spezifikationen schreiben musste. Sie kommuniziert täglich in Englisch. Sie arbeitet an Projekten mit Scrum und Kanban. Sie hat Erfahrung mit IBM Notes, IBM Lotus, IBM Domino, UiPath. Darüber hinaus hat sie in der Vergangenheit auch mit UML und SQL gearbeitet. Bevorzugt längerfristige Projekte.

Scrum Master (01.07.2021-Present): Served as the Scrum Master for two squads of Pega developers in a SAFe environment.

Analyst (02.05.2011-31.03.2020): Worked as an analyst for the DBDirekt Groupware Support project. Also took on additional roles as a developer and solution architect, providing Lotus Notes support.

Developer (02.04.2020-31.08.2021): Developed BPM solutions and provided 3rd level support for an FCS project.

Tester (02.03.2009-30.06.2010): Conducted system testing for the Electronic Toll System.

Developer (01.09.2005-29.02.2008): Developed a small project, taking on additional roles as a solution architect and analyst. Managed projects for customers in different countries, communicated with customers, and utilized standard and agile development methods (Scrum). Also performed business analysis and created documentation using UML and BPMN.

Developer (03.02.2020-28.02.2020): Worked on a proof of concept project involving requirements analysis, detailed specification, and implementation of a bank process in UiPath.

Project Management (02.03.2015-30.09.2018): Managed a Lotus Notes project, focusing on Lotus Notes development.

Computer Administration (01.09.2005-Present): Handled computer administration tasks related to powerline ethernet solutions in the resource management role.
