Die Kandidatin ist eine UX/UI-Designerin mit mehr als 6 Jahren kommerzieller Erfahrung im Bereich UX/UI, in denen sie 3 Jahre lang Sketch, dann 2 Jahre lang Figma und seit Beginn ihrer Karriere Adobe-Tools verwendet hat. Sie ist in Zagreb ansässig und bevorzugt ein hybrides Arbeitsregime, da sie gerne von zu Hause aus arbeiten würde, aber auch die Notwendigkeit der Interaktion von Angesicht zu Angesicht versteht. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache stellt für sie kein Problem dar. In ihrer derzeitigen Position leitet sie ein Team von 3 anderen Designern, obwohl sie offen dafür ist, ein größeres Team zu leiten. Sie bevorzugt die Zusammenarbeit als normale Angestellte und längere Projekte mit produktorientierten Unternehmen. In ihrer jetzigen Position hat sie eine Kündigungsfrist von einem Monat.
