Der Kandidat ist ein mittlerer Programmierer, der seit mehr als 2 Jahren in Java programmiert. Sein bevorzugtes und verwendetes Technologiepaket ist Java EE, Spring, Maven, Mircoservices, Hibernate und PostgreSQL. Er hat auch Erfahrung in der PHP-Entwicklung, wo er an einem kurzen Projekt (ein halbes Jahr) gearbeitet hat. Er ist daran interessiert, neue Dinge zu lernen. Er ist es gewohnt, aus der Ferne zu arbeiten. Er hat schon einige Projekte gemacht, weil sie kurzfristig waren und würde gerne etwas Längeres machen. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Er hat keine Probleme, sich auf Englisch zu verständigen und wendet es täglich an.
