Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master ab April 2021 mit vorheriger Erfahrung als Product Owner oder The candidatelyst. Derzeit hat sie eine Vollzeitstelle, aber sie ist offen für andere Möglichkeiten auf dem Markt zu erkunden. Sie arbeitet regelmäßig mit Atlassian Jira und die meisten ihrer Erfahrungen stammen aus dem Finanzsektor. Sie ist in der Lage, sowohl mit größeren als auch mit kleineren Teams zu arbeiten, da sie früher Teams mit etwa 8 Mitgliedern geleitet hat. In der Vergangenheit hat sie auch 3 Teams gleichzeitig geleitet. Sie lebt in Zagreb und bevorzugt Positionen in Zagreb, mit so viel Remote wie möglich, obwohl sie auch 1-2 Tage pro Woche im Büro sein kann. Sowohl eine Festanstellung als auch eine freiberufliche Tätigkeit sind für sie eine Option.
