Project Manager & Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist ein Scrum Master ab Oktober 2019 mit Vorerfahrung im Projektmanagement. Derzeit hat er eine Vollzeitstelle, ist aber offen für andere Möglichkeiten auf dem Markt. In seiner Karriere hat er Teams mit ca. 10 Personen gecoacht und hatte auch 2 Teams dieser Größe in der gleichen Zeit. Er verwendet Atlassian Jira seit mehr als 3 Jahren. Er benutzt auch Azure DevOps, Confluence oder Miro. Er lebt in Zagreb und bevorzugt Positionen in Zagreb, mit so viel Remote-Arbeit wie möglich, obwohl er ein Büro in Zagreb mehrmals pro Woche und öfter während der Onboarding-Periode besuchen kann. Er ist es gewohnt, als normaler Angestellter zu arbeiten, da er diesen Modus in allen seinen Positionen verwendet, obwohl er auch in der Lage ist, ein eigenes Unternehmen zu eröffnen und als Freiberufler zu arbeiten.
