Scrum Master

Der Kandidat ist Scrum Master ab Dezember 2020 und hat bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams. Eigentlich denkt er über einen Positionswechsel nach. In seiner aktuellen Position hat er bisher 10 Teams geleitet, einige davon auch in der Gründungsphase, mit einer Größe von 4-15 Mitgliedern, die regelmäßig Atlassian Jira verwenden, so dass er sowohl mit größeren als auch mit kleineren Teams arbeiten kann. Er wohnt in Osijek und ist flexibel, was seine Onside/Offside-Präferenzen angeht, was hauptsächlich vom Umfang der Arbeit abhängt. Sowohl Festanstellung als auch Freelancing sind Optionen für ihn. In seiner aktuellen Position hat er eine Kündigungsfrist von 1 Monat.
