Scrum Master

Der Kandidat hat eine offizielle Scrum Master Rolle ab Oktober 2019, aber er hat auch einen Scrum Master Aufgaben für mehr die 4 Jahre. Eigentlich hat er eine Vollzeitstelle, aber er ist offen für andere Möglichkeiten auf dem Markt zu erkunden. In seiner aktuellen Position coacht er ein Team mit ca. 10 Mitarbeitern, eine Größe, die ihm entgegenkommt. Er wohnt in Osijek und bevorzugt so viel Büroarbeit wie möglich, vorzugsweise im Raum Osijek, obwohl er auch eine gemischte Arbeitsweise akzeptieren kann. Er bevorzugt eine feste Anstellung.

Scrum Master 10/2019 - Current As a Scrum Master, I moderated daily, weekly, sprint planning, and sprint retrospective meetings. I supported team members in creating their sprint plans and presented the Sprint team report to higher management. I participated in PI planning, organized work into Epics, created team objectives, and used Jira to track progress.

Automotive Software tester according to ISO26262 12/2016 - 10/2019 In this role, I wrote test scenarios based on input requirements and specifications according to ISO26262. I executed test scenarios using Vector tools and automated them using Python.

Volunteer IAESTE Osijek/Croatia 03/2014 - 02/2019 As Secretary of the Osijek local committee, I organized weekly meetings for all LC members and divided tasks for coordinators based on inputs from the National Secretary. I also organized events.
