Cloud Engineer & DevOps Engineer

Der Kandidat ist ein Junior Cloud/DevOps Ingenieur. In seiner derzeitigen Position arbeitet er als Support für Kubernetes-Cluster. In seinem letzten Job kam er erstmals mit Cloud, AWS und Docker in Berührung. Er hat auch mit Technologien wie Kafka, CI/CD, MariaDB und Terraform gearbeitet. Unter den agilen Methoden hat er besondere Erfahrung mit Kanbanon. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem, da er in seinem letzten Job auch für ein Schweizer Unternehmen gearbeitet hat. Er ist an einer Junior-Position interessiert, in der er die Möglichkeit hat, zu lernen und seine derzeitigen Kenntnisse zu verbessern.

L2 Support Engineer (07/2021-01/2022) - Responsible for maintaining and supporting the software delivery platform running on Kubernetes clusters. Worked with technologies such as Kafka, Prometheus, MinIO, PostgreSQL, MariaDB, Elastic Stack, CI/CD pipelines, Keycloak, RabbitMQ, and more. Participated in DevOps for adding new managed services.

Support Specialist/Technical Consultant (05/2019-06/2021) - Resolved customer issues with applications, databases, messaging and queuing middlewares, file servers, mail servers, JDKs, and financial message definitions. Provided guidance for running the applications on UNIX-like systems. Acted as an intermediary between customers, developers, and consultants.

ITSM Technician/Technical Coach (07/2017-03/2019) - Provided technical support for government customers using server application solutions built on Microsoft products. Conducted training for customer's IT administrators on how to use the solutions.

Support Specialist (06/2017-07/2017) - Responsible for application support. Transferred internal and public knowledge base from acquired companies.

IT Security Assistant/Officer (10/2014-05/2017) - Worked on video surveillance renewal project and prepared personalization network and systems for ongoing audits. Supervised the IT department's work in terms of security.

IT Technician (03/2013-04/2014) - Provided end-user support and maintained IT equipment.
