Der Kandidat ist Steuerberater und übt diese Tätigkeit seit mehr als 3,5 Jahren in der gewerblichen Praxis aus. Davor war er 2,5 Jahre lang Buchhalter, was er als Vorstufe zu seiner jetzigen Tätigkeit nahm. Im ersten Jahr konzentrierte er sich hauptsächlich auf die Einkommensteuer, aber seit eineinhalb Jahren ist er hauptsächlich mit direkten Steuern und Unternehmenssteuern beschäftigt, was ihm mehr Spaß macht. Er hat in Automobil-, Pharma- und IT-Unternehmen gearbeitet, ist aber für alle Bereiche offen. Seine Arbeit umfasst die Vorbereitung und Aktualisierung lokaler Unterlagen, die Erstellung von Steuererklärungen, globalen Verträgen und Transferdokumenten. Er hat keine Probleme mit der Kommunikation in englischer Sprache und könnte auch Unterlagen für deutsche Kunden erstellen, da er in der Vergangenheit oft mit österreichischen Unternehmen zusammengearbeitet hat.

December 2018 - Present: Tax Consultant - Preparation and processing of tax returns for VAT and income tax, as well as tax reports and intrastat reports. Communication with clients and preparation of written opinions in Slovak, English, and German. Keeping up to date with tax regulations and preparing tax updates.

January 2017 - December 2018: Senior Accountant - Independent management of double-entry bookkeeping for outsourcing clients. Preparation of financial statements, internal tax reports, and internal regulations. Communication with clients based on ad hoc requests. Preparation of statistical and financial reports.

August 2015 - June 2016: Assistant/Invoicer - Assisting the billing and accounting departments. Preparation of invoices and other documents.

September 2014 - October 2014: Intern - Accounting practice focused on financial indicators, tax impact on financial statements, and modification of financial statements for income tax purposes. Gain knowledge in auditing and tax advisory. Preparation of financial statements and tax returns.

May 2014 - June 2014: Intern - Administrative work and creation of cash journals. Preparation of balance sheets and profit and loss statements. Preparation of invoices and other documents.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Auditing (2018-2020) and Accounting (2015-2018) from the Faculty of Economic Informatics at the University of Economics in Bratislava. Additional knowledge in accounting, auditing, and tax. Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Omega and Pohoda. Intermediate English and basic German language skills. Strong attention to detail, ambition, flexibility, and ability to work independently and in a team.
