Der Kandidat ist ein Senior Project Manager und zertifizierter Scrum Master, der seit August 2017 im Projektmanagement tätig ist. Derzeit hat er eine Vollzeitstelle, mit der er zufrieden ist, aber er ist offen dafür, andere Möglichkeiten auf dem Markt zu erkunden und zu diskutieren. In seiner aktuellen Position leitet er 2 Teams mit etwa 7 Personen. In der Vergangenheit leitete er auch ein Projekt, an dem 30 Personen beteiligt waren. Er hat eineinhalb Jahre Erfahrung mit Jira, obwohl er in letzter Zeit lieber Azure DevOps verwendet. Er kann sowohl mit größeren als auch mit kleineren Teams arbeiten.
