Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Java- und Javascript-Entwickler mit fast 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Er hat im letzten Jahr als technischer Leiter gearbeitet und ein Team von 10 Entwicklern geleitet. Das Projekt ist auf SAP-Technologien aufgebaut - SAP Commerce Cloud. Im Backend werden Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate und im Frontend Angular und Typescript eingesetzt. Er genießt die Position eines technischen Leiters, hätte aber auch nichts dagegen, als Senior Developer zu arbeiten. Ein reines Frontend-Projekt würde er jedoch nicht wollen. Er hat kein Problem damit, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden. Bislang hat er Teams mit etwa 10 Mitgliedern geleitet. Ihm gefallen Bereiche wie Finanzen, E-Commerce. Ein Projekt im Glücksspielbereich möchte er nicht haben.

Commerce Tech Leader (June 2020 - Present): Leading a team of 10 developers and managing the technical delivery of a project. Making software architecture decisions and troubleshooting technical issues related to software development and product releases.

Lead Front-End Engineer (September 2018 - May 2020): Responsible for the development and maintenance of a complex UI for working with devices. Coordinating processes between development, QA, product management, and release lifecycle. Ensuring security of the software code and the device.

Full-Stack Developer (December 2015 - August 2018): Joined a research department to build modern internal tools for banking analysts and investors. Worked on internal CRM systems and a custom publishing solution utilizing JavaScript, Angular, and modern front-end technology stack.

Web Development Lecturer (October 2017 - February 2019): Created and taught a comprehensive Web Development course covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL at an IT Academy.

Co-founder and CEO (August 2017 - Present): Co-founded and managed the popular news website kryptoportal.sk. Developed the website, managed a team of 10 people, and handled various everyday tasks.

Java Developer (June 2014 - November 2015): Worked at a company, specializing in Java development, Python, networking, support management, and testing.
