Project Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektmanager, der ein ganz neues internes Entwicklungsteam aufgebaut hat. Er ist für fast alles zuständig, von der Einstellung, der Einrichtung von Prozessen, der Übernahme der kalten Basis des Projekts, dem Personalmanagement bis zur Zusammenarbeit mit dem Produktmanagement. Er ist an agile Umgebungen gewöhnt, sowohl Scrum als auch Kanban. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau und er kann auch Französisch sprechen. Er bevorzugt eher langfristige Projekte und interessiert sich für Innovation, digitale Dienstleistungen oder Transformation. 2 Monate Kündigungsfrist

Lead of IT Team/IT Project Manager (9.2020 - now): Responsible for managing the IT team, sharing knowledge, and building processes. Constantly improving the quality of IT team services and managing stakeholder expectations. Working on cross-department communication and cooperation with other projects.

IT Project Manager/Head of PM (01.2018 - 04.2020): Planned and delivered projects, managed developer allocations, and built processes. Communicated with clients, estimated projects, gathered requirements, and conducted business analysis.

Junior IT Project Manager (08.2015 - 12.2017): Assisted in project management tasks.

Junior Android Developer: Implemented mobile applications for Open-Air Cinema Brno and Open-Air Cinema Brno Center.

Projects: Managed the following projects:

• Comics Platform Bayday: Successfully delivered the first minimum viable product (MVP) in just 6 weeks. Managed stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
• Leasing Calculator: Developed a simple and user-friendly tool for car dealers that was awarded as an innovation of the year by Unicredit Group.
• Internal IS: Built an internal information system for the client to streamline processes and improve operational management.
• Školkis: Led the development of a SAAS solution for kindergartens from idea creation to a fully operational system. The solution is currently used by more than 100 kindergartens.

Other Projects: Managed the implementation of a mobile app for the Glorious Conference as part of the Business Academy student club.

Education: Completed a bachelor's degree in Information Technology at Brno University of Technology and currently pursuing a master's degree in Informatics at Masaryk University.

Languages & Tech Skills: Proficient in English (B2 level) and French (B2 level). Experienced in various tech tools and skills such as Git, Jira, Confluence, database design, SQL, REST API, SOAP, JSON, XML, UML, web SEO, and third-party tools.
