Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Java-Entwickler mit 11 Jahren Erfahrung, aber in den letzten 3-4 Jahren hat er sich hauptsächlich auf Kotlin konzentriert, in dem er gerne weiterarbeiten möchte. Er hat während seines Studiums Vollzeit gearbeitet. Er hat auch 2 Jahre lang als DevOps-Ingenieur gearbeitet, als das Unternehmen seine gesamte Infrastruktur auf AWS und Kubernetes umstellte. Darüber hinaus hat er Erfahrung mit Spring, Spring Boot und JS. In Bezug auf agile Methoden hat er Erfahrung mit Scrum, da sie 14 tägliche Sprints und Retrospektiven bei der Arbeit haben. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem. Derzeit leitet er ein Team von 5 Personen. Davor hat er jedoch auch schon als Teamleiter eines 15-köpfigen Teams gearbeitet. Er bevorzugt kleinere Unternehmen, die über agilere Teams verfügen. Großkonzerne sind für ihn nicht sehr attraktiv.
