Android Developer

Er ist seit 6 Jahren als Android-Entwickler tätig. Derzeit arbeitet er an der mobilen Jerney-App, die in Android für die Zustellung entwickelt wurde. Sie verwenden die Anwendung eines Drittanbieters, der eine Lösung für die Zustellung von Paketen an Kunden anbietet, und ersetzen diese durch die hauseigene Anwendung Jerney. Sie befinden sich jetzt in der "turbulenten" Phase, sind aber noch nicht live (das wird in ein paar Monaten der Fall sein). Im Grunde geht es darum, eine vollständige Anwendung zu entwickeln, die ähnlich wie die Liefer-App von Amazon funktioniert, so dass die Fahrer/Lieferanten sehen können, wo sie als Nächstes hinfahren müssen und welche Pakete für den Kunden bestimmt sind. Er verwendet die neuesten Technologien, insbesondere Kotlin (seit 2,5 Jahren). Außerdem hat er 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit Java. Er arbeitet in einer agilen Umgebung mit Scrum und Kanban. In seinem derzeitigen Unternehmen ist er Mentor für Gleichaltrige (Senioren) und nimmt an technischen Diskussionen teil. Sein Englisch ist fließend.

Software Developer (01/2021 - Present): Currently working as a software developer at a Dutch webshop specializing in consumer electronics. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, programming, testing management, and maintenance of mobile applications in Android Native & partially in Xamarin Forms. Skilled in Kotlin, Java, C#, and relevant libraries for mobile applications.

Mobile App Developer (12/2017 - 08/2019): Worked as a mobile app developer at Nielsen India Pvt. Ltd. Responsible for the development, programming, testing, and maintenance of mobile applications. Reduced app's data collection time and optimized application response time, leading to increased productivity and customer retention rate.

Software Engineer (07/2015 - 12/2017): Worked as a software engineer at MothersonSumi Infotech and Designs Ltd. Responsible for the analysis, design, development, programming, testing, and maintenance of software applications.

Projects: Developed the Jerney app for Coolblue, a delivery heroes app with features like navigation, package scanning, and doorstep payment solution. Also worked on the Rollr app, a car dashboard app with features like media player, contacts, dashcam, and navigation. Additionally, worked on the Eventifyd app, an event management app with features like upload/download, event attendance, and event group chat. Lastly, worked on the Nielsen Mobile Device Management app, a work mobile device management app with features like app installation, location geo-fencing, and device security. Also worked on the Nielsen Consumer Panel Services app, a consumer survey data collection app.

Education: Holds a Masters in Science in Cloud Computing from the National College of Ireland and a Bachelors in Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from Lovely Professional University.

Research Projects: Initiated research projects on Google Glass Project and Mobile Device Management.
