Der Kandidat ist ein Senior Backend Softwareentwickler mit 15 Jahren Erfahrung. Er arbeitet an Machine Learning, Mobile Banking und automatisierten Tests. Er würde gerne an einem interessanten Projekt z.B. im Gesundheitswesen mitarbeiten, zur Abwechslung schreckt er aber auch nicht vor dem Banking zurück. Er hat kein Problem damit, in einem Team zu arbeiten, idealerweise in einer Kombination aus Team- und unabhängiger Zusammenarbeit. Er hat jüngere Kollegen informell unterrichtet und hat kein Problem damit, dies in Zukunft zu tun. Er bevorzugt ein internationales Team und verfügt über gute englische Sprachkenntnisse auf kommunikativem Niveau.
