Team Leader & UX UI Designer

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener UX/UI-Designer mit mehr als 10 Jahren Erfahrung. Er hat auch als CEO seiner eigenen Firma für über 5 Jahre gearbeitet. Er war verantwortlich für die Einstellung von Designern, die Gewinnung von Kunden, die Verwaltung von Designern und die Aufteilung der Arbeit. Er möchte seine derzeitige Position wechseln, da er sich ein anspruchsvolleres Umfeld und ein besseres Management wünscht und für ein Unternehmen arbeiten möchte, das datengesteuert ist. Er arbeitet seit 4 Jahren mit Figma und seit 10 Jahren mit Adobe. Mit Sketch hat er noch nicht gearbeitet, aber er ist offen dafür, alles zu lernen, was nötig ist. Er spricht Englisch und hat ein Zertifikat in Deutsch. Da er jedoch schon lange nicht mehr mit der deutschen Sprache gearbeitet hat, bräuchte er ein paar Monate, um sie wieder zu erlernen. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden wie Scrum und Kanban.

(Business Cooperation) - Engaged in a business cooperation with AKTER PUBLIC Ltd. until 2017. 2018 – New Bakery (Branding Cooperation) - Collaborated on branding projects for New Bakery products since January 2018. 2018 - CS Computer Systems (UX/UI Designer) - Employed as a UX/UI designer. 2019 – CMGC (Convergent USA) Ltd. (Senior UX/UI Designer) - Employed as a Senior UX/UI designer. 2020 – Algebra (UX/UI Lecturer) - Selected as a UX/UI lecturer. 2022 - CMGC (Convergent USA) Ltd. (UX/UI Team Lead) - Currently employed as a UX/UI Team Lead. Responsibilities include creating a vision for the UX department, implementing design sprints, initiating Lean UX methodology, and leading various internal projects. Also responsible for team expansion, job systematization, reorganizing the department, and developing a UX strategy. Mentoring a Junior UX/UI designer and providing education materials to colleagues outside the UX department.

Worked with various clients independently and as an employer, including Syngenta, Procter & Gamble, GlaxoSmithKline, Ford Croatia, and more. Also collaborated with educational institutions and organizations such as the Faculty of Economics, Faculty of Education and Rehabilitation Sciences, and Society of Friends of the Glagolitic Script.
