Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Java-Entwickler, der seit 2005 kommerziell entwickelt. Am Anfang konzentrierte er sich mehr auf das Frontend und die Serverseite, später wechselte er hauptsächlich zum Backend. Sein Technologie-Stack umfasst hauptsächlich - Java11, Spring Boot, MapStruct, Lombok, Axon, JPA, mySql, Spring Data, Liquibase, RSQL, Swagger, Bean-Validierung, Spring Cloud, Camunda, BPM, DMN, Spring Sicherheit, Kafka. Bei seiner Arbeit setzt er aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kamban. Er hat auch als technischer Leiter in einer Standardposition gearbeitet.
