Der Kandidat ist ein mittelmäßiger BPM-Entwickler mit 3 Jahren Erfahrung. 3,5 Jahre in Java, 1,5 Jahre in OSB, ESB. 2,5 Jahre in PHP. Arbeitete als Anwendungsadministrator und Software-Analyst. Er hat über 4 Jahre lang als BPM-Entwickler gearbeitet und hatte viel Spaß daran. Er würde gerne eine Kombination aus Analytik, Programmierung und Architektur machen. Er bevorzugt die Arbeit in einem kleineren internationalen Team, ist aber nicht abgeneigt, für tschechische und slowakische Unternehmen zu arbeiten.
