Der Kandidat ist ein Senior Java Developer mit 20 Jahren Erfahrung, der derzeit an Microservices im Backend arbeitet. Er verwendet Java-Frameworks, Workflow, Angina (Formalismen) und BPMN. Er möchte sich gerne weiter in moderne Technologien vertiefen. Ihm ist es wichtig, dass die Qualität des Codes hoch ist und der Output frei von technischen Schulden ist. Obwohl er sehr selbstständig ist, fühlt er sich in einem Team wohl und findet es auch in der Beratung motivierend. Er hatte bereits die Gelegenheit, als Teamleiter zu arbeiten, und findet es kein Problem, wenn alles gut organisiert ist. Agile Methoden liegen ihm. Er ist an langfristigen Projekten interessiert und bevorzugt ein internationales Unternehmen, ist aber nicht gegen ein tschechisches oder slowakisches Unternehmen. Er spricht Englisch auf einem kommunikativen Niveau und hat bereits in einem internationalen Team gearbeitet. Er versteht ein wenig Deutsch und ist in der Lage, Texte auf Russisch zu verstehen.
