Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener IT-Analyst, der seit über 13 Jahren in dieser Funktion in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist. Davon waren 10 Jahre für einen einzigen Arbeitgeber tätig, der sich auf Leasing konzentriert. Zu ihren Hauptaufgaben gehörten die Erstellung der funktionalen Spezifikation, die sie dann mit dem Architekten abstimmte, das Sammeln von Daten von Nutzern und die anschließende Übersetzung in SW mit den Entwicklern, die ausschließliche Verwendung von Datenbanken, um ihre eigenen Daten bei der Arbeit mit ihnen zu verbiegen, die Kommunikation mit dem Geschäftsinhaber und die Optimierung des Prozesses. Sie möchte nur in einem CZ/SK-Team arbeiten, da die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache für sie ein Problem darstellt.
