Der Kandidat ist ein IT-Spezialist mit mehr als 20 Jahren Erfahrung, er ist kommunikativ und ein Teamplayer. Zu seinen Hauptkenntnissen gehören Python, Java, PHP, mit denen er sich im Wesentlichen während seiner gesamten Laufbahn befasst hat. Dazu gehören natürlich auch verschiedene Datenbanken wie SQL, PL/SQL und Oracle. Der Kandidat bringt gerne neues Wissen in das Team ein und erweitert die Möglichkeiten in einem bestimmten Projekt. Er hatte in der Vergangenheit die Möglichkeit, Teams zu leiten und hat kein Problem damit, dies auch weiterhin zu tun. Er hat auch schon jüngere Kollegen als Mentor betreut und ihnen geholfen, ihr Wissen zu erweitern. Agile Methoden stellen für ihn kein Problem dar.
