Die Kandidatin ist eine erfahrene UX/UI-Designerin mit mehr als 9 Jahren Erfahrung. Obwohl sie in ihrer aktuellen Position nicht mit Figma und Sketch arbeitet, da sie einen Mac verwendet, kann sie sich schnell daran gewöhnen, da sie mehrere Projekte mit Figma durchgeführt hat. Sie würde gerne ihre derzeitige Position wechseln, da sie sich ein anspruchsvolleres Umfeld wünscht, da sie der Meinung ist, dass sie sich in letzter Zeit nicht weiterentwickelt hat. Sie arbeitet seit 15 Jahren mit Adobe-Tools und seit 3 Jahren mit Adobe XD. Sie ist in der Lage, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren. Sie hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methodologien wie Scrum und Kanban. Ihr derzeitiger Standort ist Samobor und sie ist sehr flexibel, was das Onsite/Offsite-System der Arbeit betrifft. Sie ist auch in der Lage, während des Onboardings jederzeit im Büro zu sein.
