Business Analyst

Der Kandidat ist ein Wirtschaftsanalytiker, der seit mehr als 5 Jahren in dieser Position in der kaufmännischen Praxis tätig ist. Er hat sich auch mit IT-Analysen befasst, aber wie er sagte, ist er kein Kodierungstyp, sondern hat Spaß an der Geschäftsanalyse. Er erstellte Geschäftspläne für Vertriebsmitarbeiter, berechnete KPIs und deren Vergütung, entwarf und schlug Lösungen vor und bearbeitete auch Rechtsstreitigkeiten. Als Unternehmensberater hatte er 10 Mitarbeiter unter sich und bearbeitete komplexe Geschäftslösungen für den italienischen und skandinavischen Markt (er kommunizierte täglich mit Kunden). In geringem Umfang war er auch in der Innenrevision tätig, was ihm Spaß machte und er vielleicht gerne weiter ausbauen würde. Er hat viel Erfahrung im Umgang mit Excel und hat auch Cognos (Berichtstool) verwendet. Er kann sich ohne Probleme auf Englisch verständigen.

End to End analyst - MEA (Sept 2017 - June 2020): Responsible for quota calculation and territory analysis, providing advisory on complex cases to a team of incentive analysts and sales management. Resolved incentive issues and conducted deep analysis of commissions. Generated ad-hoc reports for executives regarding achievements and payments.

Business Adviser for Italy (Apr 2017 - Nov 2017): Provided business directions to a team of incentive analysts for Italy. Offered advisory in complex cases and handled escalations. Advised on effective usage of sales plan schemes. Reconciled monthly achievement and payment reports and supported top management with ad-hoc reports. Served as a contact point for HR and Internal Audit.

Incentive Analyst (Oct 2014 - Apr 2017): Managed end-to-end incentive process for various business units. Calculated incentive payments based on defined targets. Acted as the primary contact for sales managers regarding variable pay inquiries. Ensured timely and accurate incentive payments on the seller level.

Reporting Business Analyst (Dec 2012 - Oct 2014): Designed, developed, and deployed analytic solutions using Cognos BI for internal customers. Analyzed customer requirements and provided technical recommendations. Worked primarily with Cognos Report Studio, Cognos Query Studio, and Cognos Framework Manager. Communicated with clients to meet their needs and received feedback.
