Der Kandidat ist ein smarter junger Full-Stack-Entwickler, der sich vor allem auf Angular und Node.js konzentriert und auch PHP beherrscht. Er arbeitet seit 2013 in einer Full-Stack-Position. Er hat eine Führungsrolle in seinem aktuellen Projekt inne und hat sowohl an BE als auch an FE gearbeitet. Er ist für den gesamten Projektprozess, die Architektur, die Infrastruktur oder das Monitoring zuständig. Er arbeitet auch mit Datenbanken. Er ist an agile Umgebungen gewöhnt, insbesondere an Scrum. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Er meidet Projekte, die sich an DevOps orientieren, er programmiert lieber als Prozesse und auch eine Full-Stack Position ist für ihn am interessantesten, da er das gesamte Projekt sieht.

• Leading a software development team in creating a project management application for the broadcasting media sector using Angular, NodeJS, Couchbase, Redis, RabbitMQ, Jest, Cypress, GraphQL, REST API, and Microservices.
• Working in an Agile environment with daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint review, and retrospective meetings.
• Responsible for distributing work to developers, assisting them in solving tasks, and focusing on skill development, feature development, and codebase maintenance.
• Actively participating in UI/UX designs, frontend and backend code, and project architecture.
• Currently working on implementing a new architecture using Nx workspaces with Angular, Ionic, Nestjs, Storybooks, Cypress, Couchbase, and GraphQL technologies.
