Der Kandidatj verfügt über umfangreiche Erfahrungen im Bereich der Wirtschaft. Er ist seit etwa 2 Jahren in der Innenrevision tätig, nachdem er zuvor im Bereich Unternehmenskontrolle gearbeitet hat. Sein derzeitiger Schwerpunkt liegt auf der Untersuchung von Personen in arabischen Ländern - vor allem in Bezug auf Finanzbetrug und indirekte und korrupte Vereinbarungen. Darüber hinaus hat er auch Erfahrung in der Unterstützung der internen und externen Rechnungsprüfung. Er hat mehrere Jahre lang als Teamleiter gearbeitet. Da es sich um ein zerbrochenes Team handelte, bestand seine Aufgabe darin, das Team zu stabilisieren, neue Mitarbeiter zu finden, eine bessere Atmosphäre für ihre Zufriedenheit zu schaffen und Vertrauen in das Unternehmen aufzubauen. Ihm waren 30 Mitarbeiter unterstellt, die er auch in Form von Mentoring und Anleitung betreute. In dieser Position führte er auch Schulungsveranstaltungen durch, bei denen er sich vor allem auf die Soft Skills der Mitarbeiter konzentrierte. Er spricht fließend Englisch und hat neben seiner slowakischen Muttersprache auch Arabisch als Muttersprache. Er ist nicht aktiv auf der Suche nach einer neuen Stelle, da er bei IBM zufrieden ist. Er ist jedoch an einer Stelle bei PWC interessiert, da er sich gerne intensiver mit der Wirtschaftsprüfung beschäftigen würde. Außerdem sieht er darin eine attraktive Möglichkeit, sich in einem renommierten Unternehmen weiterzuentwickeln.

Internal Audit Investigator (10/2020 - Present): Investigated allegations of financial fraud and violations of business conduct guidelines within the EMEA region. Led investigations, collected data, conducted interviews, and provided final reports with disciplinary actions and process recommendations. Utilized Intella software platform, MS Office, and various security systems.

Business Controls Team Leader (07/2018 - 10/2020): Led a team of 8 business controls professionals, developing their skills and providing mentorship. Supported Finance and Operations Director, ensured adherence to finance processes, and handled management control book. Educated finance population on business control processes and conducted process testing. Built business continuity plans and disaster recovery strategies for Bratislava and Sofia Centers.
