Er arbeitet seit fast 6 Jahren als Pega-Entwickler. Er ist verantwortlich für agile Methoden und nimmt an verschiedenen Scrum-Zeremonien wie Sprint-Planung, täglichen Stand-ups, Interviews und Retrospektiven teil. Er verfügt über Kenntnisse in der Entwicklung komponentenbasierter Anwendungen. Er nimmt Referenzgeschichten, arbeitet daran und entwickelt die Anwendung. Außerdem ist er für die Leitung eines Offshore-Teams mit etwa 8 Mitarbeitern verantwortlich, von denen die meisten Junioren sind, um ihnen bei der Erstellung ihrer Geschichten zu helfen. Er arbeitet auch an dem CS-Framework von Pega für booking.com. Außerdem hat er Erfahrung mit der Arbeit in einer agilen Umgebung. Er spricht fließend Englisch.

12/2019 - Present: Senior Associate Consultant, working on the Booking.com CS project. Leading offshore development team and delivering stories. Hands-on experience in Pega CS Framework and component-based application development.

10/2016 - 12/2019: Software Engineer, working on the Global Deal Operations project. Worked on various PRPC rules and Pega Integration. Perform debugging using Tracer, Clipboard, and Live UI.

Project: Global Advantage Tracker. Experience in PRPC implementation cycle and various rules and features. Involved in code reviews and ensuring compliance with application quality and coding standards.

Education: Master of Computer Applications from Pune University in 2016 and Bachelor of Computer Applications from Kachchh University in 2012.

Achievements: Published a white paper on Blockchain at Zensar and presented a paper on Face Recognition at a national conference in Pune. Participated in the International Kite Festival in Gujarat.

Project: Global Tactical System and Tools. Responsible for performing BAT and capturing test results. Participated in the transition of new Pega applications to production support.
