Der Kandidat ist ein DW/BI-Berater mit etwa 11 Jahren Erfahrung mit DW- und ETL-Lösungen. Er hat auch Erfahrung mit der Gestaltung der Architektur von DW-Lösungen für einige Projekte. In einem großen Fintech-DWH entwickelte er eine komplett neue Datenbank gemäß den Kundenanforderungen, wobei er theoretische Praktiken und ein Versionierungssystem anwenden musste. Er ist in Zagreb ansässig und obwohl er in den letzten zwei Jahren aus der Ferne gearbeitet hat, ist er offen dafür, bei Bedarf ein Büro aufzusuchen, und er rechnet auch mit einer Einarbeitungszeit im Büro. Er hat mehrere Jahre Erfahrung in der Führung und Betreuung jüngerer Kollegen, in der Kommunikation mit Partnern und Interessengruppen sowie in der Analyse von Geschäftsanforderungen und Prognosen.
