Der Kandidat ist ein kommunikativer Entwickler, der einen Einstiegsjob sucht. Vor kurzem hat er ein Frontend-Praktikum in Deutschland absolviert und auch einen Algebra-Kurs mit Spezialisierung auf HTML5, CSS, JavaScript und React. Er lebt in Zagreb und bevorzugt es, zunächst vor Ort zu sein, da er ein unterstützendes Umfeld und Mentoren sucht. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem. Er ist offen für die Arbeit an langfristigen und kurzfristigen Projekten. Im Moment hat er eine Nicht-IT-Stelle, aber sobald er ein interessantes Angebot auf dem Tisch hat, kann er die Stelle wechseln. Eine Festanstellung ist für ihn die bevorzugte Option.
