Der Kandidat ist seit mehr als 10 Jahren in der mobilen Entwicklung tätig. Er ist derzeit als Flutter-Teamleiter und PM tätig. Er ist verantwortlich für die Programmierung und Entwicklung der Gesundheits-App, organisiert die Arbeit für den Rest des Teams, kümmert sich um die Kommunikation innerhalb des Teams und leitet das BE-Team nur als PM. Als iOS-Entwickler ist er seit 2009 tätig und hat sich vor allem auf Fluttter spezialisiert (3-4 Jahre). Vor etwa anderthalb Jahren begann er, mit Android und Kotlin zu arbeiten. Was die Web FE-Entwicklung betrifft, so hat er Erfahrung mit Angular (6 Jahre) und React (3,5 Jahre). Seit mehr als 15 Jahren wendet er die Scrum- und Kanban-Methodik an. Außerdem hat er Erfahrung in der Leitung von Teams mit 4 Entwicklern. Er spricht fließend Englisch und seine Muttersprache ist Spanisch.
