Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Netzwerkadministrator und Systemmanager, der diese Position seit über 24 Jahren in der Praxis ausübt. Angefangen hat er als Tester. Während seiner langjährigen Erfahrung hat er sich mit allen Aspekten der Benutzerunterstützung vertraut gemacht und gelernt, Benutzerprobleme schnell und angemessen zu lösen. Zu seinen Vorteilen gehört, dass er sowohl die HW-Seite des Servers (DELL, IBM, Intel) als auch die Server selbst (SNMP, IPMI, Serial over LAN) verwalten kann. Er hat Erfahrung sowohl als Teamleiter als auch als Teammitglied, auch in verteilten internationalen Teams. Er verfügt über ein ausgezeichnetes Kommunikationsniveau in Englisch. Er hat bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden eingesetzt, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban.
