Data Analyst

Die Kandidatin ist eine Datenanalystin, die seit mehr als 4 Jahren in dieser Position in der kommerziellen Praxis tätig ist. Sie absolvierte auch ein Testpraktikum (2 Monate) und testete neben ihrer Arbeit manuell, was sie erstellte - sie verwendete auch das Robot-Framework. Normalerweise analysiert sie Daten in Python und SQL Selects. Sie hat in agilen Teams gearbeitet, die hauptsächlich Scrum verwendet haben. Zu ihren täglichen Aufgaben gehörten vor allem Controlling, Statistiken, Berichte an Deutschland und auf der Grundlage dieser Daten wurde entschieden, was gekauft werden sollte und so weiter. Neben der Datenanalyse beschäftigte sie sich auch mit der Bereitstellung von Anwendungen und übersetzte Dokumentationen vom Deutschen ins Slowakische und umgekehrt. Neben ihrer Arbeit versuchte sie sich auch im Programmieren in Javascript, HTML und CSS. Sie führte auch Kurse für Mitarbeiter durch, in denen diese einfache Codes lernten. Sie hat keine Probleme, sich auf Deutsch zu verständigen und kann sich schriftlich auf Englisch verständigen. Was sie sucht, ist ein Projekt, in dem sie als Datenanalystin oder als Junior-Entwicklerin arbeiten würde, aber dafür hat sie noch nicht genug Erfahrung.

SPECIALIST REPORTING (MAY 2018 - PRESENT): Worked in agile teams, focused on personnel controlling and data analysis. Developed VBA code and Power Apps applications, collected and processed data using Python and Pandas, created SQL queries, evaluated and planned budgets, and presented results to improve company's financial performance. Also conducted manual testing and provided support for international collaboration in implementing educational applications.

IT TESTER (2-MONTH INTERNSHIP, JANUARY 2020 - FEBRUARY 2020): Collaborated internationally in testing new applications, performing manual testing of web applications, communicating with developers, and translating documentation from German to Slovak.

SPECIALIST IN HR AND EDUCATION (OCTOBER 2016 - APRIL 2018): Managed payroll processing, recruitment of new colleagues, provided training to dual students in IT and statistics, conducted workshops, created e-learning courses and webinars, and contributed to content and graphics.

RESEARCHER (AUGUST 2015 - OCTOBER 2016): Worked on a scientific project focused on preparing bioethanol from wheat straw, corn, and cellulose. Conducted team research in a laboratory, utilized HPLC analysis and spectrophotometry, recorded and analyzed data using Python and Pandas, presented results, wrote publications and project funding applications, and supervised laboratory technicians.

EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Technical Chemistry from the Faculty of Chemical and Food Technology (Slovak Technical University), completed in 2015. Gymnasium education with an emphasis on German language in Žilina from 2006 to 2010.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Volunteered in tutoring MS Excel and natural sciences, particularly mathematics and chemistry.
