Scrum Master mit 2,5 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Zu seinen täglichen Aufgaben gehören Stand-ups mit dem Team, Planung, Teilnahme an Scrum-Zeremonien, Arbeit mit Jirou, Confluence. Er ist auch für Coaching und Motivation zuständig. Sein Ziel ist es, die Leistung zu steigern, einen Mehrwert für die Arbeit zu schaffen und einen effektiveren Ansatz für den Markt zu erreichen. In früheren Positionen hat er als Testkoordinator und Product Owner gearbeitet. Als Testkoordinator leitete er ein Team von Führungskräften, die neue Veröffentlichungen, Funktionen, Online-Spielversionen und mehr testeten. Er verbrachte auch einige Zeit als Tester, der an der Implementierung des Orgmanagers arbeitete und Änderungen an der eCommerce-Plattform testete. Er hat Erfahrung mit Scrum und Kanban. Sein Englisch ist auf C1-Niveau und er hat bereits für ein ausländisches Unternehmen gearbeitet.
