Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Scrum Master mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung. Darüber hinaus hat sie Erfahrung als Produktmanagerin und Analystin. In ihrer derzeitigen Position arbeitet sie mit einem Team von 10 Mitgliedern. Darüber hinaus arbeitet sie mit 3 anderen Teams zusammen und kommuniziert auch mit dem Regressionstestteam. Manchmal arbeitet sie auch als Product Owner oder Analystin. Sie hat Erfahrung mit UML und Enterprise Architect. Sie war verantwortlich für die Umstellung von Wasserfall auf agil. Sie kommuniziert fließend in Tschechisch und Russisch. Sie hat in den letzten 7 Jahren nicht mehr auf Englisch gearbeitet, würde aber gerne wieder damit anfangen, obwohl sie einige Zeit brauchen würde, um sich einzuarbeiten, was aber auch von der Nationalität des Teams abhängt (wegen des Akzents).

1. Scrum Master / Product Manager (2017-present): Responsible for managing the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodology, including team management, backlog support, sprint planning, and task monitoring. Collaborated closely with Product Owners and other SCRUM teams, identified and mitigated risks, and coached individuals and teams for improvement and motivation. Successfully delivered projects such as the Swap of Data Charging system, Step Charging functionality, and the implementation of a new protocol for online charging. (Company A)

2. Product Manager for MEDIO IN/OCS System (2014-2017): Owned and managed the backlog and roadmap, defined priorities based on market needs, and participated in product strategies and architecture. Translated customer needs into product specifications, managed feature requests, and worked with cross-functional teams to develop the product. Led the product life cycle through development and Go-To Market activities. (Company A)

3. Business Analyst for MEDIO IN/OCS System (2012-2014): Mediated between business stakeholders and development teams, analyzed customer needs, and prepared functional specifications and user stories. Monitored the development process, assessed requirements, and transformed them into technical context. Supported development teams during design and implementation. (Company A)

4. Maternity Leave (2009-2012).

5. Product Manager for New Generation OSS/BSS (2008-2009): Responsible for BSS Products, including Account Receivable, Billing, and Complains. (Company B)
