Scrum Master mit 5 Jahren Erfahrung. Darüber hinaus arbeitet er auch als Projektmanager. Er wechselt von Projekt zu Projekt. Derzeit ist er agiler Coach für das größte Projekt. 35 Personen arbeiten an dem Projekt. Er ist für alle Teams verantwortlich und ist der Hauptansprechpartner für die verteilten Teams in den USA und Indien. Er arbeitet an der agilen Transformation und der Einführung neuer Gewohnheiten. Er liebt Herausforderungen und weiß, wie man mit Menschen umgeht. Die Kommunikation auf Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem. Er hat nur Grundkenntnisse in Deutsch.

Project Manager - April 2021

Present Responsibilities include managing 4 NextGen product teams and ensuring their needs are met for successful delivery. Worked on restructuring teams and products to align with the company's new direction. Assisted in the agile transformation of new teams. Managed 2 standalone projects focused on Security and Networking. Acted as a main contact for a PCI-SSF certification process.

Agile Coach and Project Manager August 2019 - Present

Worked as an Agile Coach within the Hospitality portfolio. Assisted in driving agile transformation and provided support to cross-country directors. Facilitated various ceremonies and served as the main Agile Coach for the Prague office. Implemented LeSS framework for scaling agile.

Scrum Master September 2017 - July 2019

Certified Scrum Master responsible for 4 teams within Delivery Architecture. Managed backlogs, planning sessions, and workflow. Implemented agile mindset and metrics. Attended agileprague.cz conference.

Delivery Architecture - Packaging Engineer November 2016 - September 2017

Maintained packaging tools and applications. Provided automation solutions for package consistency and accessibility tests. Supported teams during issues and emergencies. On-call duty every third week.
