Der Kandidat ist ein PHP-Entwickler mit 4 Jahren Berufserfahrung. Er arbeitet mit Symfony. Er arbeitet derzeit im FE-Team, das in 2 Teile aufgeteilt ist - er ist Teil der BE-Zeit für FE. Sie entwickeln einen neuen Einkaufswagen und einen Check-out-Prozess für Zoot. Er arbeitet auch mit MariaDB, Docker, Redis und Elasticsearch. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden und Scrum im Besonderen. Die Kommunikation in Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem. In seiner vorherigen Position hatte er einen Junior-Kollegen aus Italien, den er nur auf Englisch unterrichten und mit ihm kommunizieren musste. Er hat auch eine kleine Erfahrung mit der Teamleitung, als er ein kleines Team von 4 Mitgliedern aus Weißrussland auf Remote leitete, das Verbindungen zu Microservices herstellte.
