Der Kandidat ist ein QA-Ingenieur mit 6 Jahren Erfahrung, er macht seit 5 Jahren Automatisierungstests. Sein Hauptstack ist Java, Selenium, Cucumber, Maven, Serenity, Docker, Azure. Er arbeitet an der Automatisierung von Testfällen und UI. Er hat auch Erfahrung mit API-Tests. Der Stack, den er derzeit lernt und an dem er interessiert ist, ist JS, Node, Mocha, Cypress. Er spricht fließend Englisch und Kroatisch. Nach kurzer Übung kann er auch Spanisch sprechen. Er arbeitet mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum. Zuvor unterrichtete und leitete er jüngere Kollegen, hauptsächlich Studenten, die ihm bei Projekten halfen. Allerdings leitete er nie mehr als 2 Personen.
