Ein Automatisierungs-QA mit über 8 Jahren Erfahrung. In seiner derzeitigen Rolle ist er Teil des Systemteams. Er ist verantwortlich für niedrige Tests, die Verbesserung des Frameworks, die Reduzierung der Zeit und die Verbesserung der Tests. Er hilft auch allen anderen Teams, wenn nötig. Er verfügt über die besten Kenntnisse in Java, Selenium, C# und JS für einfache Tests. Er hat Erfahrung mit agilen Methodologien wie Scrum. Er spricht Englisch und Kroatisch als Muttersprache. Der Kandidat bildet neue QA-Teammitglieder aus, hat aber noch nie ein Team geleitet, da die Organisationsstruktur flach ist.

• Automate test steps from test management tool, report bugs, and perform maintenance on regression tests, night runs, and load tests using C#, Java, and Selenium.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure the quality and reliability of medical software.
• Participate in the design and implementation of automated test frameworks.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members.
• Continuously improve test automation processes and strategies to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Senior QA Automation Engineer Duration: 01.03.2022 - till now

• Utilize C#, Java, and Selenium to automate test steps, report bugs, and maintain regression tests, night runs, and load tests.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues.
• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in test automation practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define quality metrics and improve the overall testing process.
