IT-Business-Analyst seit 9 Jahren. Er ist derzeit für die Systemverwaltung zuständig und übernimmt das gesamte "Rad" der Entwicklung: Herausfinden, was vom Unternehmen benötigt wird, Sammeln von Anforderungen, Bewertung der Auswirkungen auf das System, Auswahl einer Lösung, Kommunikation mit den Entwicklern. Wenn er die Funktionalitäten entwirft, führt er auch die Akzeptanztests dafür durch. Er kommuniziert mit Anbietern und sorgt für die Synchronisierung der Einsätze mit anderen Bankensystemen, plant den Einsatz von Änderungen in Test- und Produktionsumgebungen. Er hat Erfahrung mit IBM, UML und dem Excel-Paket. Er ist es gewohnt, in einem agilen Team zu arbeiten und war für die Leitung eines Teams mit 13 Mitarbeitern verantwortlich. Sein Englisch ist kommunikativ.

• preparation of input (or FA) for the vendor (internal/external)
• communication with the vendor in order to clarify the requirement
• ensuring of deployment procedures (alignment with other systems in the bank) and planning of the deployment of system changes into the test and production environments
• testing the correct behavior of the application after deployment of new functionality
• solving of requests, incidents, problems and BUGs related to the managed application
• supervision of processing and booking of transactions executed by debit or credit card

• similar as in my previous job with small differences.
• for example I was responsible for managing part of the core system, related to health care providers. Later I started working mainly on system for processing prescriptions and dispensations of drugs (more details in projects section). I was also granting access to the system for new users and so on.

Various projects

Project 1:

• establishment of transaction system (among other things) responsible for collection of payments from FE/BE systems and other banks and also sending them to other banks
• ensuring smooth migration of the data from systems being replaced into the new system. Support for implementation of submitting payments in XML formats

Project 2:

• implementation of new FE system for corporate clients
• providing consultations in order to properly integrate new FE system with BE transaction system.
• solving of problems, arising from testing of new FE system, related to BE system

Project 3:

• migrations of servers/hardware into the cloud
• multiple testing of the application’s behavior after migration of servers to another country
• testing of response of the application and verification of correctness and functionality of interfaces with other applications
• CMS to EXACT - Replacement of old card managing system with a new one
• providing consultations for the purpose of understanding the current processing of card transactions
• support for testing during process of replacement of AMEX credit cards by MasterCard credit cards
• PSD2 – Legal changes related mainly to the opening of banks (by providing interface) to third parties
• comprehensive analysis of the impacts of the implementation of legislation on the transactions system of bank
• making of proposal for the implementation of changes within a managed system, including changes in affected interfaces with other systems

Project 4:

• GDPR - Legal changes related to tightening of protection of personal data
• analysis of the impacts of implementation of GDPR on the core information system (and related systems) of health insurance company, based on the requirement of legal department
• coordination of business users from several departments in order to define requirement for anonymization of data in the context of information system of health insurance company
• testing of correctness and functionality of developed solution. In order to stay compliant with GDPR, my role was also making of proposal, for the implementation of changes in the way, how consents for processing personal data on marketing purposes are handled within the core information system

Project 5:

• system for processing prescriptions and dispensations of drugs
• responsibility for management and improvement of system
• support during transition to online settlement based on dispensation records
• communication with vendors (mostly about integration) of information systems intended for health care provider
