Data Manager

Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Manager, der seit etwa 12 Jahren im Bereich des Datenmanagements tätig ist. Er hatte die Gelegenheit, in verschiedenen Positionen zu arbeiten. Derzeit leitet und koordiniert er die gesamte Abteilung der Datenmanager und überwacht das gesamte Projekt von den Datenobjekten über die Bedingungen bis zur Berichterstattung. Aus technologischer Sicht hat er Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP, Oracle oder Epicor. Sein Team besteht derzeit aus 40 Personen. Er spricht Englisch und Spanisch auf ausgezeichnetem Niveau.

Head of Enterprise Data Management (April 2018): Led the Enterprise Data Management department. Developed teams and individuals, planned activities, and provided coaching to drive team success. Implemented strategies based on business needs and company setup. Reported and planned for human resources, finance, and KPIs. Achievements include reducing attrition, increasing people development, establishing new roles, and implementing HR analytics.

Data Manager (March 2017 - March 2018): Led and coordinated cross-functional teams and E2E streams for master data discussions. Utilized finance background, process knowledge, and master data knowledge to lead teams, solve problems, and lead projects. Responsible for data management in SAP FI, AP/AR. Also served as a digitization agent for EDM and rollout manager.

Rollout Expert - Guide (May 2014 - February 2017): Involved in the Group-wide ERP integration project, specifically the sub-project EDM. Participated in requirement analysis, functional design, and change request processes. Provided content-related steering to IT service providers during implementation, testing, migration, and get well phases. Coordinated meetings with subsidiaries and service providers. Proposed cross-group optimizations for ERP-based master data processes.

Program Coordinator (August 2010 - March 2014): Coordinated the deployment and implementation of defined Supply Chain Management (SCM) programs and tools in collaboration with the regional Supply Chain Management team. Supported the regional field organization in deployment, communication, implementation, and management of SCM programs and tools. Provided trainings and measurement/reporting for management. Also served as a transition manager for ERP process deployments and EMEA transitions.
