Seit 2007 ist er als Projektleiter tätig. Bei dem letzten Projekt war er für einen kompletten Austausch von HW, POS-Terminals verantwortlich, überwachte die Erfüllung von Auditbedingungen, löste SAP-Verbindungen oder Penetrationstests. Während seiner Arbeit hat er auch mit SQL-Datenbanken gearbeitet. Sein Englisch ist auf einem sehr guten Niveau. Infrastruktur- und Cloud-Migrationsprojekte sind für ihn interessant.

Project manager for a project covering upgrade of core banking systems in cooperation with a bank group. Coordinating project streams, reporting to top management and CEO, handling deliveries from 3rd party companies.

Nov 2018 – OCT 2021 Program manager – Cloud Next Project

Managing the program of migration all customer servers and SAP systems to MS Azure environment from end to end. Coordinating vendors across the globe, application assessment and Azure readiness, Azure server build, migration run books, hyper care, and decom of old servers after migration, program budget management.

Nov 2015 – 2018 EMEA Cloud First transition lead

Leading a project to transition servers word wide to virtual private cloud solution. Leading all EMEA transition team and migrations and cooperating with US counterpart. Reports from the project are presented to the steering comity and COE.

2014-2015 Delivery and Transition lead

Leading internal project for move of several customers support to a support center. Complete lead of all the transitions, single point of contact for customers and account teams. Ensuring customer satisfaction and SLA.

2012-2014 Solution architect, PM, implementation lead

Delivery lead for ongoing support. Complete intranet SharePoint solution redesign for the world's biggest escalator company. Leading the solution architecture team, project management, implementation, and delivery lead.

2008-2012 Solution architect, PM, implementation lead

Migration of customer hosted SharePoint environment to HP VPC SharePoint solution. Consolidation of 3 SharePoint farms in France, Swiss, US to one farm hosted in HP VPC. Complete solution design and consultation with the customer, consolidation and migration plan preparation, implementation lead for the whole project.

2007-2008 Project manager

for all 4 streams, Implementation lead, Delivery Lead for the ongoing support Migration of chemical word wide customer SQL, IIS, SharePoint environment to HP cloud solution. Around 300 servers, 800 websites, 4 SharePoint farms (7 TB of data), 3000 SQL DB's.

2005-2007 Implementation team member

Transfer and optimization of whole word wide chemical customer to HP hardware and HP Data centers. Start of the ongoing support for this new environment. Server installations, capacity analyze for file and print servers, CMDB configuration, RTPA checks and Monitoring/Reporting implementation.
