Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Entwickler mit 15 Jahren Erfahrung in PHP, 10 Jahren Erfahrung in Node und 9 Jahren Erfahrung mit React. In seinen letzten Positionen hat er als Teamleiter gearbeitet, aber die Entwicklung macht ihm mehr Spaß, so dass er sie nicht aufgeben möchte. Er hat immer Teams von 5 Personen in Scrum geleitet. Davor hat er an der Peagot-Konfiguration gearbeitet. Die Position war eine Herausforderung für ihn, da er die Teams koordinieren musste, während der Hochsaison. Er hat hauptsächlich mit React, Redux, Typescript und Azure gearbeitet. Von PHP hat er in Nette gearbeitet. Kommunikation in Englisch ist für ihn kein Problem.
