Der Kandidat ist ein Product Owner mit fast einem Jahr Erfahrung, davor war er 2 Jahre lang als Projektmanager tätig. In seiner derzeitigen Position ist er für die Entwicklung des ERP-Systems für das gesamte Mountfield verantwortlich. Er hat 6 Programmierer und 2 Tester unter sich und leitet die Entwicklung des gesamten Projekts. Sie arbeiten mit einer Kombination aus Scrum und Kanban. Sie haben auch Produkt-Backlogs. Er würde gerne die gesamte SW-Entwicklung abdecken. Die Kommunikation in englischer Sprache ist für ihn kein Problem, und er würde gerne an einem Projekt arbeiten, bei dem er diese Sprache mehr einsetzen kann, da er sie in seiner derzeitigen Position nicht oft verwendet.
