Der Kandidat ist ein intelligenter IT Delivery Manager, der über 4 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich verfügt. Zu Beginn seiner Laufbahn begann er als Projektmanager, bis er sich im Laufe der Jahre zum Service Delivery Manager hochgearbeitet hat. In seiner vorherigen Position war er für die Sicherstellung des Betriebs durch den Projektmanager, den Kontakt mit Kunden, den Aufbau neuer Projekte, die Preisgestaltung, die Berichterstattung und den Betrieb zuständig. Er beherrscht die englische Sprache sehr gut, er hat während seiner gesamten Laufbahn auf Englisch kommuniziert. Sein Deutsch ist etwas schlechter, er kann sich zwar auf Deutsch verständigen, weiß aber nicht, wie man auf Deutsch schreibt.
