Der Kandidat ist ein technischer Projektmanager/Product Owner mit Erfahrung im Identitätsmanagement. Er arbeitet seit Juli 2018 für Red Hat Czech s.r.o., wo er eng mit Produktmanagern zusammenarbeitet, Funktionen erstellt, Sprints plant, Risiken bewertet und mit Stakeholdern kommuniziert. Er hat Erfahrung in agilen Umgebungen mit Scrum, Jira, Confluence und Google Docs. Zuvor arbeitete er als Demonstrator im Hvězdárna a Planetárium Brno, wo er den Nachthimmel beobachtete und Erklärungen für die Öffentlichkeit lieferte. Er hat auch Erfahrung als Qualitätsingenieur und Software-Ingenieur, wo er an Identitätsmanagement-Projekten arbeitete. Der Kandidat hat einen Master-Abschluss in Theoretischer Physik von der Slezská Univerzita v Opavě und einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Astrophysik. Er spricht fließend Tschechisch und Englisch und verfügt über Computerkenntnisse in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen und Technologien. Der Kandidat hat eine Ausbildung in Agile Fundamentals, Pragmatic Marketing und Crucial Conversation absolviert. Er ist im Besitz eines Führerscheins (Klasse B).
Berufliche Erfahrung
July 2018 - Present: Technical Project Manager / Product Owner - Close collaboration with product managers, feature creation, sprint planning, risk evaluation, and timely communication with stakeholders; working in an agile environment using Scrum, Jira, Confluence, and Google Docs.
September 2013 - Present: Demonstrator - Observing the night sky and providing explanations in the planetarium for the general public.
May 2017 - June 2018: Quality Engineer - Analyzing application functionality, creating test plans, writing tests (Bash, Python), executing and monitoring tests (unit, regression, integration), upstream continuous testing, and downstream release testing; using Jenkins, GitLab CI, and Polarion.
