Der Kandidat ist ein erfahrener Projektleiter, der seit mehr als 15 Jahren in einer kombinierten Projektleiterrolle in einer kommerziellen Praxis tätig ist. Er deckt die Bereiche Terminplanung, Projektinitiierung, Aufgabenverteilung ab, er erledigt auch die Arbeit eines Analysten - Analyse und Dokumentation, Entwurf der verwendeten Analyseverfahren, er macht auch GUI-Entwicklung und JavaScript-Entwicklung + manuelles und halbautomatisches Testen - Schreiben von Testskripten, Regressionstests und geskriptete Tests, bei denen er ein Tool zum Methodenaufruf verwendet. Er kann nur schriftlich auf Englisch kommunizieren, da er immer für slowakische Kunden und das Innenministerium gearbeitet hat. Er setzt bei seiner Arbeit aktiv agile Methoden ein, insbesondere Scrum und Kanban. Er ist hochmotiviert, sich beruflich zu verändern und möchte daher in Teilzeit anfangen, um zu sehen, ob er sich mit einem Kunden zusammensetzen würde, er kann z.B. mit dem Testen beginnen, analytische Arbeiten durchführen oder direkt Projektleiteraufgaben übernehmen. Er ist ein erfahrener Mitarbeiter, der nicht nur etwas ausprobieren möchte, sondern alle ihm übertragenen Aufgaben abdecken kann.
