Product Owner

Der Kandidat ist seit fast 5 Jahren als Product Owner tätig. Zu seinen Haupttätigkeiten gehören die Umwandlung der Papierproduktion in digitale Prozesse, die Weitergabe von Anforderungen an die Entwickler, die Verwendung von Epic und Story zu diesem Zweck, die Beratung mit der Entwicklung, die Überprüfung und die Übergabe an den Kunden. Das Team besteht aus 8 Entwicklern. Zuvor war er auch als Projektmanager und Scrum Master tätig. Neben der Schule und in seiner Freizeit hat er in PHP programmiert. In der Firma wird agil nach Scrum mit 2-Wochen-Sprints gearbeitet. Er spricht Englisch auf B1-Niveau.

Verfügbarkeit.

1. Product Owner (1/2018 - present): Responsible for communicating with customers regarding their digitalization requirements, analyzing data acquisition methods from ERP, and transforming them into development requirements. Collaborate with Tech Leads based on wireframes to plan and track progress in sprints, including final reviews and retrospectives. Also responsible for managing the B2A platform, providing support and service to existing customers, and assisting sales in complex cases.

2. Application Development and Internet Marketing (8/2008 - 06/2021): Worked as a self-employed professional, developing web applications, creating project documentation, planning and implementing applications, and designing databases.

3. Project Manager (9/2016 - 8/2017): Managed projects and change requests for the delivery of Retail POS. Project duration was 9 months.

4. Scrum Master (8/2015 - 8/2016): Implemented SCRUM and JIRA tools in the company and later managed a project for securing government institutions, including creating plans and project documentation. Also served as an IT department manager, improving department functioning and implementing a Service Desk.

5. Portal Administration and Promotion (5/2009 - 9/2009): Promoted the RC models portal through PPC, SEO, contests, and made programming adjustments. Managed article posting and edits, as well as computer maintenance.

Education and Certifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Managerial Informatics (2010-2013) and Master's degree in Information Management (2013-2015) from the Technical University.
• Training and certification in Personality Development for Managers (2016) and as an Expert Consultant (2018).

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in English (B1 level), Microsoft Office, project management software (JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello), and information systems (SAP S4/HANA, ABRA, Pohoda).
• Experienced with operating systems (MS Windows, macOS, Ubuntu), business intelligence tools (Microsoft SQL Server, PowerBI), programming languages (PHP), and computer network building and management.
• Possess strong independent work, creativity, responsibility, reliability, loyalty, communication skills, and teamwork abilities.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B category).
