Business Analyst

Die Kandidatin ist eine junge Business Analystin mit mehr als 3 Jahren Berufserfahrung in dieser Position. Seit Beginn ihrer Laufbahn war sie bisher im Bankensektor tätig. Sie ist jedoch offen für einen möglichen Wechsel in ihrem Arbeitsbereich. Sie würde gerne Sektoren wie die Automobilindustrie oder das Glücksspiel vermeiden. In ihrer letzten Position arbeitete sie an der Erneuerung von Front-End-Systemen, der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Prozessen oder der Sicherstellung der Kommunikation zwischen Geschäfts- und IT-Abteilungen. Bei ihrer Arbeit verwendet sie Technologien wie Jira, Confluence, UML, Power BI und war in der Vergangenheit als Enterprise Architect tätig. Sie lernt gerne neue Dinge und braucht einen Mehrwert bei ihrer Arbeit. Sie interessiert sich für agile Methoden, die sie theoretisch kennt und möchte dieses Wissen gerne in die Praxis umsetzen. Die Ausbildung von jüngeren Kollegen ist für die Kandidatin inzwischen eine gängige Tätigkeit. Sie hat noch keine Teamleiterposition inne, wäre aber nicht abgeneigt, ein solches Angebot in Zukunft anzunehmen. Sie spricht Englisch auf B2-Niveau - die letzte Position ohne aktive Anwendung, sie hält ihr Niveau durch regelmäßige Teilnahme an AJ-Kursen aufrecht.

• Responsibilities: Preparation of business specifications for system modifications based on analysis of business requirements. Design of end-to-end process optimization based on identified gaps. Ensuring communication between business units and IT units. Active participation throughout the entire IT delivery cycle prompted by business requests for changes/modifications to existing systems as well as new systems. Project experience: Digitization project – exchange of front-end systems, digitization, and process optimization

• Responsibilities: Creation and definition of magnifica segment (premium clients) conditions, analysis of client needs, creation and participation in the preparation of the sales business strategy in the managed segment, proposal of product and service structure, cooperation with other bank departments. Project experience: Investment advisory – coordination of activities within the pilot of the magnifica segment service
