Die Kandidatin begann ihre Laufbahn als Produktmanagerin in einem Reisebüro und sammelte später Erfahrungen in einem Telekommunikationsunternehmen, wo sie in die Innenrevision wechselte. Sie hat ein starkes Interesse an diesem Bereich und arbeitet derzeit als Innenrevisorin. Sie verfügt über Zertifizierungen in interner Rechnungsprüfung, ITIL Foundation und PRINCE Foundation. Ihre Arbeitserfahrung umfasst die Planung und Durchführung von internen Audits, die Bewertung von Risiken und Kontrollen sowie die Abgabe von Empfehlungen. Darüber hinaus war sie als ISM-Koordinatorin für die Umsetzung von ISO-Normen und als leitende Produktmanagerin für den Produktlebenszyklus und die Marktanalyse zuständig. Sie hat einen Abschluss in Wirtschaft und Management und verfügt über Fähigkeiten wie Unabhängigkeit, systematisches Denken, analytische Fähigkeiten, Detailgenauigkeit und Selbststudium. Sie spricht fließend Englisch und ist im Besitz eines Führerscheins.

Developing findings and related recommendations, consulting with the audited department, and verifying the implementation of corrective actions. Leading internal audit activities.

01.06.2018 - 31.07.2020: ISM Coordinator Planning and conducting internal and external audits. Ensuring comprehensive integrated management system. Implementing new procedures to support compliance with ISO standards and policies. Contribution: Implementation of ISO 45001.

01.09.2011 - 31.05.2018: Internal Auditor and Controller Conducting process audits and controls at all levels of the company. Analyzing company operations, preparing and monitoring compliance with guidelines and procedures, and assessing process functionality. Proposing measures to streamline processes.
